Join Wasatch Mountain Institute and Park City Film for the 2024 Backcountry Film Festival. We will have films, drinks, prizes and fun. On Thursday, December 14th at the Jim Santy Auditorium, doors open at 6:30, screening starts at 7. There will be a short intermission and conversation with Park City raised athlete Sierra Schlag featured in the short film Bloom. See the full lineup.

Funds from this event go directly towards helping support Wasatch Mountain Instutute’s outstanding hands-on educational programs for hundreds of northern Utah’s youth, and will help us grow our reach to underserved communities by expanding our offerings to reach even more students and communities.

The 19th Annual Backcountry Film Festival is a collage of short documentaries and ski movies about the pursuit of objectives and ideals in the mountains, artistic vision, friendship, and how the snow sports community is adapting to a changing environment. $15/adult $12/student/ $10 Park City Film Members.
