Join us Saturday evening for a guided nature walk exploring red fox habitat in Big Cottonwood Regional Park!
As we wander through the park, we'll learn how red foxes survive and thrive in urban environments, what makes good fox habitat, and how to recognize signs of fox activity. While we can't promise a sighting, evening is one of the best times to spot them and we hope to see a few emerge as the sun sets!
Come participate in the City Nature Challenge at Rock Cliff! We will be hosting a BioBlitz event where participants can explore the outdoors and document local plants and wildlife.
Participants are encouraged to download the iNaturalist and Seek by iNaturalist apps before the event, as service can be spotty at the nature center. We will provide guidance on how to use these apps to document and identify observations during the event.
